How to Get Started on Firm Pavilion

Sign Up and Create an Account

1. Visit the Signup Page: Start by navigating to Firmpavilion.com/signup. This link will take you directly to our sign up form.
2. Enter Your Details: Fill in the form with your basic information, including your name, email address, and a secure password. Choose whether you're signing up as a client or a service provider.
3. Verify Your Email: After creating an account, check your inbox for a verification email from us. Click on the verification link to activate your account.

Register as a Service Provider

1. Access Membership Options: Once logged in, navigate to the Membership page. Here, you'll find the different membership plans available.
2. Choose Your Plan: Select the membership plan that best suits your needs. Our plans vary by access level, number of bids per month, and additional features.
3. Make a Payment: Enter your payment details on our secure payment page. You can make future changes to your payment methods or your subscription plan from your dashboard via the billing section.
4. Confirmation: After your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Congratulations, you're now a member of Firmpavilion.com!
5. Set Up Your Profile: You'll be redirected to a page where you'll be able to set up your Company Profile.
6. Await Verification: Once you've completed your Company Profile it will undergo a verification from Firm Pavilion to ensure the legitimacy of your business. This can take up to 3 business days

Bid on Projects

1. Browse Projects: Use your paid membership to browse through the list of available projects. You can filter projects by category, budget, and deadline to find the ones that match your skills or requirements.
2. Read Project Details Carefully: Before placing a bid, make sure to read through the project details thoroughly. Understand the project requirements, deliverables, and timeline. You can not edit your bid once it is placed.
3. Place Your Bid: When you're ready to bid on a project, click the "Bid on Project" button. Bare in mind, you'll only be prompted to place a bid if your service offerings match the project needs. Enter your bid amount, and a personalised message explaining why you're the best fit for the project. You cannot edit bids that have been placed, and can only bid on a project once.
4. Wait for a Response: After submitting your bid, the project owner will review your proposal along with others. If your bid is accepted, you'll be notified via email and can start discussing project specifics. You can track the progress of your bid in your dashboard under "Bids".
